Work off that Thanksgiving dinner!

We all know that we will eat more than we plan on during the holidays.  One way to alleviate this is to have a solid exercise program in place before the holidays get here!  Black Dragon is happy to help with this.  Our workouts in the studio are not designed to break anyone, and we would never ask our students to do things we are not willing to do - but we believe that you should leave after your class at least fatigued and with a good sweat broken.

Why not combine good exercise and learning to defend yourself?
